Elizabeth HauslerElizabeth Hausler holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from UC-Berkeley and an M.S. from the University of Colorado. She founded Build Change in 2004 to advance safe and resilient housing reconstruction in disaster-affected regions globally, drawing on fieldwork experience including a Fulbright Scholarship in India.
