Vero S. Carrera inCo-founder and Managing PartnerVero S. Carrera holds a PhD in Urban Architecture from the Universidad de Alcalá and a Master's degree in Advanced Architecture and City Design from the same institution. Since 2004 she has worked as an architect and urban planner, with particular expertise in emergency infrastructure, water and sanitation systems in international cooperation, and humanitarian aid, while also teaching at the university level for over twenty years.

Alejandro del Castillo inCo-founder and Managing PartnerAlejandro del Castillo is an architect trained at Madrid Technical School of Architecture (ETSAM-UPM), with postgraduate studies in City and Environment (COAM), urban planning studies at Oxford Brookes University, and specialized training in water, sanitation and hygiene for international development and in human settlements development; he has worked as a freelance urban planning and architecture professional since 1999 and as a WaSH coordinator and technical adviser on humanitarian projects in countries including South Sudan, Haiti, Sierra Leone, Lebanon and Ethiopia. He co-founded n'UNDO and its technical office n'OT, and combines this work with research and teaching, including a PhD thesis on subtraction and minimum-intervention processes in architecture.
