Founding story

Arsipa was founded in 2020 in Berlin by Felix Jander and Stefan Schmidt as a group of occupational health and safety service providers.

Arsipa sells occupational health and safety services to employers, combining on-site specialist care through local operating companies with software platforms; according to Preqin, the group's revenue model is based on service contracts with businesses, structured as subscriptions covering health screenings, safety audits and training programmes. The group also grows by consolidating existing occupational medicine and safety firms, positioning itself as a partner for succession solutions and offering to take over companies into the group.

Latest developments

In September 2025 Arsipa acquired Bloom, a Berlin-based startup whose software translates occupational safety legal requirements into workflows for mid-sized companies. Bloom continues to operate as an independent brand under its founders Viktoria Lindner and Leonie Ellerbrock, and its product is being integrated as a customer-facing layer of Arsipa's Ginisuite ecosystem to form an end-to-end platform combining software and on-site specialist support. Preqin notes plans to launch new occupational safety products and to expand into additional European markets by the end of 2025, supported by the Warburg Pincus investment.
