Mark StrauchBoard Member & Co-FounderMark Strauch is Board Member and Co-Founder of Alpinesg, which acquires and operates software and tech-enabled services businesses across multiple verticals. He is also Founding Partner and President of Alpine Investors, a private equity firm, and previously served as President and CEO of EDC (a fintech company sold to Cardtronics for $145M in 2011) and Business Engine (an enterprise software company acquired by Planview in 2007), with earlier experience in investment banking at Broadview International and roles at Andersen Consulting, Desktop.com, and Electronic Arts. Strauch holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School.
