Headquartered at 80 Sapyeong-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, with domestic manufacturing at Haman Factory 1, Haman Factory 2 and the Chilseo Factory, a Vietnam branch established in 2021, and ACE Container Philippines established in 1986. Energy storage units have been deployed in approximately 30 countries.

History

The company was established in 1981 in the container industry and describes itself as the first container manufacturer in Korea to obtain engineering and manufacturing capability. During 1981-1991 it built an ISO container business, providing international technical transfer and operating ISO container manufacturing sites from 1986, the year ACE Container Philippines was established. From 1992 to 2013 it moved into tailor-made enclosures and containers for aerospace and defense, maritime and offshore, electronics and other industries, developing the first A60 cabin for offshore plants in Asia (1994), first offshore container supply from Asia to the EU (2004), a strategic partnership with Thermo King (2006), Asia's first -60°C ultra freezer containers (2008), Korea's first containerized mobile substations (2009), and Asia's first specialized containers for the aerospace industry (2013). From 2014 onward it focused on ESS enclosures, starting with a major ESS enclosure project with KEPCO in 2014, first international ESS project supply from Korea in 2016, and successive supply contracts with renewable energy firms in 2018, 2020 and 2022.
