Tiffani Ashley Bell founded The Human Utility in 2014 to assist people with water bill payments. She holds a BSc in Systems and Computer Science from Howard University and an MS in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow, and was a 2017 Technology & Democracy Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
