Tom Dowling is co-founder of FullSeam, which provides automation software for corporate accounting teams. He previously co-founded TaxProper, a property tax software company that was acquired by Opendoor in 2022, and has held roles advising Chicago's municipal government and managing a state agency in Illinois. He holds a BA from UIUC and an MSc from Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
