Theo Kitsberg studied at Cambridge and conducted research at MIT's Media Lab and the Cambridge Computer Science Faculty, with published work in academic venues. He previously managed recruiting and training operations for a mental health helpline organization. He is currently building Prism, a platform using proprietary search technology to connect talent with opportunities.
