Rafal Pielak holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from Harvard Medical School and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UC Berkeley. He has worked in biopharma business development, then spent seven years leading product innovation at L'Oreal, including overseeing the L'Oreal Tech Incubator in San Francisco.
