Max Friefeld is co-founder and COO of Ultra. He holds a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and previously founded two YC-backed companies: Layer By Layer and Voodoo Manufacturing. Before Ultra, he worked at Boston Consulting Group on operations optimization for major logistics networks and go-to-market strategy for robotics companies.
