Julia Turc is a cofounder of Storia AI and previously worked at Google Research, where she contributed to federated learning, Android AI infrastructure, and retrieval-augmented generation systems. She has over a decade of experience in natural language processing, including early work on bidirectional RNNs for machine translation at Oxford.
