Juan Castaño is co-founder and CEO of Benchify. He previously worked in growth and product roles at Klaviyo and Instawork, as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as a designer and entrepreneur. He holds degrees in Economics and Human-centered Design from Dartmouth College and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
