Joshua March is the founder and CEO of Veritus Agent, an AI agent platform for consumer lending. He previously co-founded and led Conversocial, an enterprise SaaS company acquired by Verint, and co-founded SCiFi Foods, which received backing from a16z. He is also the author of Message Me, a book on customer service and AI.
