John Goertz is co-founder and chief scientific officer at Signatur Biosciences, where he applies machine learning to PCR-based diagnostics. He completed postdoctoral research at Imperial College London's Stevens Group as an NIH F32 fellow, and holds a PhD in bioengineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a BSc in physics and cell & molecular biology from Seattle University.
