Jay Kwon is co-founder and CTO of Scoop, with prior experience in applied AI at Google Search, including work on Gemini chain-of-thought reasoning. He has supported clinical trial design for ALS therapeutics at Corestem and worked previously at Genentech and CJ Bioscience. He holds an MS in Computer Science and Biotechnology from Penn.
