Hugo Lam spent over 20 years in software engineering and genomics roles, including positions at Roche, Bina, Personalis, 23andMe, and PCCW, most recently as Senior Director of Bioinformatics at Roche. He holds degrees from HKUST, Imperial College London, Yale, Stanford Medical School, and Cambridge Judge Business School, and has authored dozens of peer-reviewed publications.
