Euwyn Poon previously founded Orbital, a space data center company, and Spin, which was acquired by Ford. He holds a computer science degree from Cornell University and a law degree from Cornell Law School, and worked as an M&A attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett before starting companies.
