CG Chen has over a decade of experience in product development across B2C and B2B software, including work in e-commerce, retail, and IoT. She co-founded Mello, a B2B SaaS platform addressing employee burnout, and Ample Labs, which applies AI and data analytics to homelessness prevention. Earlier, she held UX design roles at ecobee focused on IoT mobile experiences and at Tulip developing enterprise software for luxury retail clients.
